After the Victorian Era  There was a change of control and a change of name. Also check out the early history of Bromley Education Committee and the Borough of Bromley School Regulations of 1909.

Teachers after the Victorian Era  Some of them lost their jobs when they got married.  You might want to look at the picture of Julia Moate and her sister, Florence, with an infant class in 1904 and the picture of a Mixed School class with Mr and Mrs Moate from about the same time.

Curriculum after the Victorian Era  Included gardening, woodwork and cooking; there was a big emphasis on vocational education.

Empire Day  A big day for dressing up and dancing: and the little ones gave "three cheers for …Our Bromley Education Committee."

Moving to the New School  A fire in the old school and average class sizes of 47 in the new school.

The War Part-time education - and a doodlebug.

After the War  They planned to open a nursery class in 1947 but it took 50 years to happen. Also, a map of the school site in the 1960s.
